Q) How long does it take to install a hardwood floor?
A) We install 300 to 400 square feet a day.
Q) How long do I need to wait before sanding and finishing.
A) Due to aclimation process we wait 2 weeks before sanding and finishing.
Q) How much dust will accumulate in my house during sanding process?
A) We use state of the art sanding equipment that the manufacturer says is dustless. However there will be minimal dust near the areas that are sanded.
Q) How long does it take for the finish to dry?
A) Usually it takes a day for each coat. After the final coat you will be able to walk on the floor in about one day.
Q) How long does the installation and sanding process take from start to finish?
A) After the insatallation and aclimation process, sanding and finishing will take 5 to 7 days depending on the job size.
